How is the health score calculated?

The score is based on 6 factors: BMI (25 pts), activity level (20 pts), sleep (15 pts), hydration (10 pts), blood pressure (15 pts, optional), and blood sugar (15 pts, optional). The raw score is normalized to 0-100.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No. The score is calculated entirely in your browser. Data is only sent to our server if you choose to share your report, and even then, only summary data (age range, BMI category) is stored — never your raw inputs.

What do the grades mean?

A+ (90-100): Excellent health habits. A (80-89): Very good. B+ (70-79): Good, room for improvement. B (60-69): Fair. C (45-59): Needs attention. D (30-44): Poor. F (below 30): Critical — consult a doctor.

Why are India-specific BMI ranges used?

Asian populations face higher metabolic risks at lower BMI. The Indian/Asian cut-offs (Normal: 18.5-22.9) are more accurate for health risk assessment than WHO standards.
